POLICY It is GE policy not to use materials that could pose a toxic hazard through direct exposure to consumers or direct or indirect exposure to food, ice and/or water. B. PURPOSE The purpose of this procedure is to formalize an instruction to prevent the production of products that could present a toxic hazard to consumers. This document also establishes a procedure to verify compliance a
