精品论文 参考文献 妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化临床分析及预防 四川省汉源县中医医院 四川雅安 625302 摘要：目的：探究妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化临床分析与预防措施。方法：选取本院2015年7月～2016年月间收治的50例腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者，分为实验组与对照组，每组各25例患者，对照组应用常规治疗方法，实验组在此基础上应用放射微波或红外线照射治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果与切口愈合时间、住院时间。结果：实验组患者显效14例，治疗总有效率92.0%，对照组显效9例，总有效率64.0%，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组切口平均愈合时间（9.25plusmn;3.51），平均住院时间（12.41plusmn;1.62）对照组切口平均愈合时间（15.14plusmn;3.21），平均住院时间（18.25plusmn;3.21）两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化在常规治疗基础上应用微波或红外线照射治疗，可缩短切口愈合与住院时间，提高治疗效果，值得临床采用。 关键词：妇产科腹部手术；切口脂肪液化；预防措施 [Abstract] Objective：To explore the clinical analysis and preventive measures of fat liquefaction of abdominal incision in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods：in our hospital in July 2015 ～2016 years between 50 cases of abdominal incision were divided into experimental group and control group，25 patients in each group，the control group used routine treatment，the experimental group based on the application of microwave radiation or infrared irradiation treatment，compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and healing time the hospitalization time. Results：the experimental group 14 cases，the total efficiency of treatment was 92%，9 cases of the control group，the total efficiency of 64%，with significant difference between the two groups（P lt; 0.05）；the average healing time of incision in the experimental group（9.25 + 3.51），the average hospitalization time（12.41 + 1.62）control group of incision healing time（15.14 + 3.21），the average hospitalization time（18.25 + 3.21）with significant difference between the two groups（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the abdominal operation incision fat liquefaction in the conventional treatment based on the application of microwave or infrared radiation therapy，can shorten the wound healing and hospital stay，improve the treatment effect，it is worthy of clinical use.
