精品论文 参考文献 妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的护理体会 孙祖燕 沈居丽 刘萍 贾惠芳 　　(云南省第三人民医院妇科 云南昆明 650011) 　　【摘要】目的 探讨全麻下妇科腹腔镜手术后恶心呕吐的发生原因及应对措施，以降低恶心呕吐的发生率及恶心呕吐的程度。方法 将2014年1月至2014年5月在我科进行腹腔镜手术的病人300人，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组150人，术前术后均采取护理干预，有恶心感时遵医嘱给予止吐剂，对照组150人，仅在出现恶心症状时遵医嘱给予止吐剂，比较两组恶心呕吐的发生率及恶心呕吐的程度，使用止吐剂的效果比较。结果 实验组呕吐的发生率低于对照组，恶心呕吐的严重程度实验组较对照组轻，恶心时使用止吐剂的效果实验组也优于对照组，经统计学处理P＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论 妇科腹腔镜手术前后给予充分的护理干预能降低术后呕吐的发生率及恶心呕吐的程度，并能增强止吐剂的止吐效果。 　　【关键词】妇科 腹腔镜手术 恶心呕吐 护理 　　【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）23-0295-02 　　Nursing experience of nausea and vomiting after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery 　　 Sun Zuyan Shen Juli Liu Ping Jia Huifang 　　Gynecological peoples Hospital of Yunnan Province third Yunnan Kunming 650011 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causes and Countermeasures of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic gynecologic operation under general anesthesia, in order to reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting and nausea and vomiting degree.
