精品论文 参考文献 妊娠高血压综合征对新生儿影响的临床分析 1.蚌埠市第一人民医院妇产科 安徽蚌埠 233000；2.蚌埠市第一人民医院新生儿科 安徽蚌埠 233000 摘要 目的：探讨妊娠高血压综合征（PIH）对新生儿预后的影响。方法：选择PIH孕妇300例作为观察组，分为轻度组（60例）、中度组（100例）及重度组（140例），同期选取非PIH孕妇100例作为对照组；统计观察组和对照组早产、新生儿窒息、喂养不耐受、宫内发育迟缓（IUGR）及死亡发生率。结果：早产、新生儿窒息、喂养不耐受、IUGR在轻度、中度及重度中的发病率逐渐增加；重度组早产、新生儿窒息、喂养不耐受及IUGR与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；中度组早产、喂养不耐受及IUGR与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；轻度组IUGR与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：PIH严重影响新生儿健康，随着PIH的加重其对新生儿的影响也加重。 关键词 PIH；早产；新生儿窒息；喂养不耐受；IUGR Abstract object：To investigate the impact of PIH on neonatal outcomes.Methods：We selected 300 cases of PIH pregnant women as the observation group；they were divided into mild group（60 cases），moderate group（100 cases）and severe group（140 cases）.Select the same period 100 cases of non-PIH pregnant women as a control group.Statistics observation group and control group the incidence of premature birth，asphyxia，feeding intolerance，IUGR and death.Result：The incidence of premature birth，asphyxia，feeding intolerance and IUGR is increasing in mild group，moderate group and severe group.The incidence of premature birth，asphyxia，feeding intolerance and IUGR in the severe group compared with the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P lt;0.05）.The incidence of premature birth，feeding intolerance and IUGR in the moderate group compared with the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P lt;0.05）.The incidence of IUGR in the mild group compared with the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The PIH have serious impact on neonatal health，with PIH aggravating the impact on neonatal is increased.
