Department of Rehabilitation，The First Hospital ，China Medical University ， Shenyang 110001，China） Abstract Objective To analyze the incidence of infectious diseases in some medical colleges in recent years ，so as to provide reference for estab⁃ lishing the measures of disease prevention and control for infectious diseases. Methods The incident of infectious diseases in a medical college from 2004 to 2011 was retrospective analysis. Results There were 201 cases suffered from infectious diseases in the certain medical college from 2004 to 2011. The incidence was 20.244 per thousand. The incidence of B class of infectious diseases was significantly different with that of C class during the eight years. There was significant difference between male and female ，and the incidence was different among different seasons. Conclusion The incidence of infectious diseases in the medical college was similar with that in other colleges. However ，there was some specificity.
