论 著 Research Paper 工作场所暴力对护士行为目标达成度的影响 颜晓辉 吴旭丽 [ 摘 要 ] 目的：了解工作场所暴力和护士行为目标达成度现状，探讨工作场所暴力对护士行为目标达成度的影响。方法： 采用工作场所暴力问卷和护士行为目标达成度评价量表对 544 名护士进行问卷调查，比较暴力组和非暴力组、不同暴力形式组、 不同暴力频次组护士行为目标达成度的差别，并采用多元线性逐步回归分析法探讨工作场所暴力对护士行为目标达成度的影响。 结果：护士1年内工作场所暴力发生率为 66.18%，其中心理暴力占 75.28%、身体暴力占18.06%、性暴力占6.76%；遭受工作 场所暴力组士的行为目标达成度总分低于未遭受过工作场所暴力组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；遭受不同形式工作场所暴力 的护士行为目标达成度比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。遭受1次工作场所暴力护士的行为目标达成度总分高于遭受暴力 ≥2次的护士，差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）；多元线性逐步回归分析显示，是否遭受工作场所暴力、工作年限和职称是护士 行为目标达成度的影响因素。结论：护士工作场所暴力发生率较高，遭受工作场所暴力的护士行为目标达成度下降，遭受暴力 程度越严重、频次越多，护士行为目标达成度越差。 [ 关键词 ] 工作场所暴力；行为目标达成度；护士 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.03.010 The effect of workplace violence on nurse’s performance for goal attainment / YAN Xiaohui, WU Xuli // The First People’s Hospital of Wenling, Zhejiang province, 317500 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(3): 288-291 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate current status of the workplace violence and nurse’s performance for goal attainment, and explore the effect of workplace violence on nurse’s performance for goal attainment.
