精品论文 参考文献 完整肠系膜切除与传统根治术治疗结肠癌的疗效 四川省雅安市天全县人民医院 摘要：目的探究肠系膜完整切除术治疗早期结肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取我院胃肠外科收治的92例早期结肠癌患者，分为对照组及研究组，对照组采用传统的结肠癌根治术，研究组则采用肠系膜完整切除术治疗，观察比较两种治疗方案的临床效果及手术可行性。结果研究组术中平均出血量明显少于对照组，且淋巴清扫数目多于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）；随访结果显示，对照组并发症发生率为11（23.91%），研究组并发症发生率为4（8.70%）；对照组患者复发率为18（39.13%）。研究组复发率6（13.04%）；对照组3年生存率为21（45.65%），研究组3年生存率为34（73.91%）；研究组并发症发生率、复发率及3年生存率明显由于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肠系膜完整切除术治疗早期结??癌较传统根治术具有出血少、淋巴清扫彻底、术后并发症少、复发率低级术后5年生存率高等优点，值得临床选用。 关键词：结肠癌；肠系膜完整切除术 [Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of early treatment of mesenteric complete resection of colon cancer.Methods：selected gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital 92 cases of early colon cancer patients，divided into control group and study group，the control group using the traditional radical resection of colon cancer，study group with complete mesenteric resection，observe two treatment the clinical effect and feasibility of operation.Results the average amount of bleeding was significantly less than the control group，and the number of lymph node dissection than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P gt; 0.05）；the follow-up results showed that the control group，the complication rate was 11（23.91%），the incidence of complications was 4（8.70%）；patients in the control group the recurrence rate was 18（39.13%）.Study group the recurrence rate was 6（13.04%）；the control group 3 years survival rate was 21（45.65%），the study group 3 years survival rate was 34（73.91%）；the incidence of complications，recurrence rate and 3 year survival rate than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion mesenteric complete resection of early colorectal cancer than the traditional radical surgery with less bleeding，lymph node dissection thoroughly，less postoperative complications，recurrence rate，survival rate of 5 years high low after the operation，it is worthy of clinical use.
