精品论文 参考文献 小儿流感疫苗的预防效果分析 刘会江 （四川省德阳市中江县疾病预防中心 618100） 　　【摘要】目的 研究分析小儿流感疫苗对疾病的预防效果极其相应的安全性，为其治疗研究和实践应用提供理论依据。方 法 2011年3月-2012年9月期间，对720名儿童进行流感疫苗接种的相关调查研究，并根据小儿是否参加流感疫苗接种，将其分为两组，对照组360人，为未接种流感疫苗组，观察组360人，为接种流感疫苗组，对两组儿童进行观察和研究，对比其在1年内发生流感疾病的情况。结果 经观察比较，观察组中9.0%的儿童发生流感，对照组儿童中感染流感疾病的患儿占31.0%，两组流感的发生率比较存在明显差异，差异具有统计学意义，（P＜0.05），其中接种免疫疫苗的观察组儿童中8.9%发生不良反应。结论 加强小儿流感疫苗的接种工作有助于提高流感预防的效果及其安全性，故应加强去宣传教育和普及力度。 　　【关键词】 小儿 流感疫苗 接种 预防效果 安全性 　　【中图分类号】R18 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）33-0037-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the preventive effect of safety analysis of influenza vaccine against the disease is very appropriate, provide theoretical basis for its therapy research and practice.
