现代临床护理（Modern Clinical Nursing）2013�12（5） 36 集束干预策略预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染的效果观察 * 1 1 2 1 张燕华 ，陆燕英 ，陈建国 ，李健华 （1 从化市中心医院；2 从化市疾病预防控制中心，广东从化，510900） ［摘要］　目的　探讨集束干预策略预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染（catheter related blood stream infection，CRBSI）的效 果。方法　将实施集束干预策略之前（2011 年 1～10 月）留置中心静脉导管 186 例患者设为对照组，在实施集束干预策略之 后（2012 年 1～10 月）留置中心静脉导管 193 例患者设为集束组。比较实施集束干预措施前后两组患者 CRBSI 发生率及时 间，置管情况。结果　采用集束干预策略后 CRBSI 发生率由实施前 8�31‰ 下降至 1�67‰，前后比较，差异具有统计学意义（ P 0�001）；CRBSI 发生时间由（7�47±2�44）d 延长至（13�75±1�92）d，前后比较，差异具有统计学意义（P 0�05）；锁骨下静脉置 管率从 39�78% 上升至 71�50%，股静脉置管率从 45�70% 下降至 18�65%，前后比较，差异具有统计学意义（均 P ＜ 0�05）。结论　 集束干预策略可有效降低中心静脉置管患者 CRBSI 发生率。 ［关键词］　导管相关性血流感染； 中心静脉导管集束干预策略；医院感染 ［中图分类号］　R471　［文献标识码 ］　A　［文章编号 ］　 1671-8283（2013）05-0036-04　［DIO］　10�3969/j�issn�1671-8283�2013�05�11 Preventive effect of CVC cluster intervention strategies on catheter-related blood stream infection Zhang Yanhua， Lu Yanying， Chen Jianguo， Li Jianhua // Modern Clinical Nursing，-2013�12（5）：36� ［Abstract］　Objective　To study the preventive effect of cluster intervention strategies for central venous catheter （CVC） on catheter-related bloodstream infection� Methods　One hundred and eighty six patients with CVC during Jan� to Oct� 2011 before application of cluster intervention strategies were assigned in the control group and another 193 with CVC during Jan� to Oct� 2012 after using cluster intervention strategies in the cluster group� The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence and time of CRBSI as
