精品论文 参考文献 左室射血分数正常心力衰竭患者的临床分析 王成菊 　　垦利县人民医院257500 　　【摘要】目的：分析左室射血分数正常的心力衰竭患者的治疗方法和疗效。方法：选取在我院就诊的左室射血分数正常心力衰竭患者共80例，按照入院顺序，将患者随机分为两组。对40例对照组患者进行常规治疗，40例观察组患者在冠心病二级预防的基础上，根据对患者临床症状，给予药物对症治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组的住院次数要明显少于对照组，其对比具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；观察组的健康质量、活动质量以及精神状态评分均优于对照组，其对比具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；观察组心力衰竭患者与6MWT呈负相关，与心功能NYHA分级呈正相关，与2个月MACE呈正相关，同对照组比较具有明显差异，其对比具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：临床上在治疗左室射血分数正常心力衰竭患者时，要正确掌握病症特点，根据患者临床症状表现，及时给予药物治疗，从而改善患者心功能，减少住院次数，降低死亡率，提高生存质量，消除病症诱因，提高治疗效果。 　　【关键词】心力衰竭；左室射血分数正常；对症治疗；临床分析 　　【中图分类号】：R541.6【文献标识码】A Analysisofnormalleftventricularejectionfractionandefficacyoftreatmentofheartfailurepatients.Methods:Inourhospitalpatientswithheartfailurewithnormalejectionfractionof80cases,accordingtotheorderofadmission,patientswererandomlydividedintotwogroups.40patientsinthecontrolgrouppatientsconventionaltreatment,40casesoftheobservationgroupwerebasedonsecondarypreventionofcoronaryheartdisease,accordingtoclinicalsymptoms,administeringmedicationsymptomatictreatment,therapeuticeffectswerecompared.Results:Thefrequencyofhospitalizationintheobservationgroupwassignificantlylessthanthecontrolgroup,whichwasstatisticallysignificantcomparison(Plt;0.05);health-relatedqualityoftheobservationgroup,theactivitiesandthequalityofmentalstatusscoreswerebetterthanthecontrolgroup,whichwasstatisticallysignificantcomparison(Plt;0.05);and6MWTinheartfailurepatientsintheobservationgroupwerenegativelycorrelatedpositivelycorrelatedwithNYHAclass,andthetwo-monthMACEwaspositivelycorrelatedwiththecontrolgroupwithasignificantdifference,whichcontrastwithstatisticalsignificance(Plt;0.05).Conclusions:Clinicallyinthetreatmentofheartfailureinpatientswithnormalleftventricularejectionfraction,tocorrectlygraspthecharacteristicsofdisease,accordingtoclinicalsymptoms,timelymedicaltreatment,therebyimprovingcardiacfunction,reducethenumberofhospitalizationsandreducemortality,improvesurvivalquality,eliminatingthediseaseincentivestoimprovetreatment 　　Keywords：HeartFailure，Normalleftventricularejectionfraction，
