Module 8 Unit 1：Children often sit around tables.教学设计 机关四小 何丽霞 一、教材分析 本课的教学内容是《新标准英语》(一年级起点)第九册第八模块的第一单元。本节课是第一课时，主要任务是在理解的基础上熟读课文本，并且能够综合运用英语知识描述学校生活，体会中西方学校及文化的差异。 结合新课程标准和大纲提出的基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标和具体要求我将本课教学目标设计如下： 语言知识目标： 使学生掌握句型：Children often sit around tables. School often starts at 9 o’clock. 掌握单词：often，around，line，half，past，miss. 语言技能目标： 运用已学的一般现在时描述学校生活。 情感态度目标： 在小组活动中积极参与合作；感知中西方的文化异同，激发学生热爱家乡、热爱祖国的情怀。 二、教学重难点： 教学重点：掌握课文的单词，短语及句型。 教学难点：区分中国和英国学校的不同的学校生活。 三、教学过程： I. Warm up Greeting with the students. T: Class begins! Ss: Stand up! T: Hello, hello, how are you? Ss: I’m fine! I’m fine! And hello to you! T: Thank you! Sit down please! Listen and chant(part 1) 1)listen T:Now, let’s listen to this chant!(play the chant for the students!) Ss:(Just listen!) 2)learn T: Do you like it? Let’s learn it together! (learn the chant one sentence by one sentence.) 3)chant T: Now, let’s chant it together! （设计意图：通过学习第一部分的chant，热身的同时，直接引入新课。出示start和finish两个单词，让学生明白其含义，从而引出小组评价。） Show the group works. (出示钟表，作为小组评价。两个小组分别start at 1:00，finish at 12:00，先到的组，赢得一件学习物品粘贴。获得的最多的组获胜。) Teacher circle the words “start” and “finish” T: do you know these two words? Who can tell the meanings? Let’s listen and answer the question! “What’s the letter about?” Ss:( listen and choose the right answer “A: school life B: birthday party”) T: (简单评价学生的选择结果) （设计意图：教师播放课文录音，学生听音，然后在Pad上完成练习题一，根据学生的选择情况，简单总结，然后进入接下来的小组合作学习环节！此环节主要是让学生整体感知课文！） 2.小组合作，自学文本 阶段一：自主学习，解决简单问题，提出疑问 （本环节，学生独立操作自己的Pad。首先，请学生利用手中的pad自学课文（整体听音，浏览课文，理解文章含义。然后自读一遍课文，根据自己的理解画出思维导图；最后，结合自己的思维导图，完成练习二：根据课文，判断正误） T: Now, let’s learn this letter!
