马铃薯淀粉乳生产 L-(+)-乳酸新工艺的研究 史高峰[1],李春雷[1],鲁润华[2],黄新异[1] (1 兰州理工大学化工学院,甘肃 兰州 730050 ,中国科学院成都生物研究所,四川 成都 610041 ) 摘要 研究马铃薯淀粉乳液生产 L-(+)-乳酸新工艺。以马铃薯淀粉乳液为原料,利用优选菌 株米根霉(Rhizopus oryzae)R628 为发酵菌种,添加生物促进剂植酸 (Phytic acid)直接由 淀粉质并行发酵,并采取细胞固化技术,将米根霉固化到中空纤维反应器内进行一步完成发酵, 通过中空纤维膜分离而制备 L-(+)-乳酸。乳酸的转化率可达 87%以上,发酵时间由 84h 缩短为 40h,乳酸产率也提高至 15.6%;且 L-(+)-乳酸光学纯度高达 99.6%以上。工艺具有生产路线短, 操作简单,生产成本低;可应用于工业化生产。 关键词 马铃薯淀粉乳 发酵 米根霉 植酸 L-(+)-乳酸 中图分类号:TQ921.3 文献标识码:A STUDY ON A NEW PROCESS FOR L-(+)-LACTIC ACID PRODUCTION WITH POTATO STARCH LATEX SHI Gaofeng[1], LI Chunlei[1], LU Runhua[2] and HUANG Xinyi[1] (1College of Petrochemical Technology, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou 730050 ,Gansu; 2Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chengdu, , 610041, Sichuan,China) Abstract To study a new technology for producing L-( +)- lactic acid by using potato starch latex. With the potato starch latex is for the raw material, make use of optimum Rhizopus oryzae R628 to for fermenting, increase the accelerant of phytic acid and direct proceed together to ferment from the amylaceous, and adopt the immobilized cell technique, the Rhizopus oryz ae R628 was immobilized to the hollowness fiber reactor the inside to proceed the one step to complete to ferment, pass the hollowness fiber to separate but the system have the L-(+)- lactic acid. The conversion rate of lactic acid was 87%, the fermentation period was shortened from 84h to 40h, the yield of lactic acid was 15.6% and the purity of L- (+)-lactic acid was 99.6%.
