Abstract: Based on the expansion of life cycle theory model, inductive basic Endowment Insurance
20 Fund, Enterprise annuity and Commercial Endowment Insurance index and regional virtual variables,
using panel data in 31 provinces of China 2013-2015, this paper empirically studies the regional
differences of the pension financial impact on consumption expenditure. The study found that in the
country, the pension finance has significantly influenced the consumption of the residents through the
three main functional pillars. However, there are obvious regional differences, and the enterprise
