精品论文 参考文献 我院精神病人4项传染性疾病指标浅析 （南京市高淳区精神病防治院检验科 江苏 南京 211321） 　　【摘要】 目的：通过我院三年来长期住院的病人调查，了解苏南和皖北地区精神病患者4种传染病的感染情况。方法：根据患者住院时间收集南京市高淳区精神病防治院2012.3-2015.7长期住院的精神病人共386例。年龄在22至68岁。年龄姓名不详者5例。具体分为流浪组(22人)和非流浪组(364人)4项疾病的分布情况、住院时和住院17个月以后4项疾病的分布情况和386例病人总的4项分布情况进行分析。结果:我院386例病人所患传染病主要有HBsAg、抗-HIV、TP、和结核4种，结论：4种传染性疾在住院流浪者与非流浪患者间的分布对比，各病种之间表面抗原的感染率最高，为4.37％,与相关报道相一致，其中酒精致精神障碍比例最高，可能与其肝损害，免疫力差有关。乙肝表面抗原和结核在比较中，流浪??的比例要高。 　　【关键词】 精神病;传染性疾病;社会关爱 　　【中图分类号】R749 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）34-0017-02 　　Our mental patient 4 measures of infectious diseases briefly Wu Yan. 　　Department of laboratory science, Gaochun District, Nanjing City, the prevention and treatment of mental disease,Jiangsu Nanjing,200321,China 　　【Abstract】Objective Through the investigation of patients in our hospital over the past three years long-term hospitalization, to understand the mental illness patients in southern Jiangsu and Northern Anhui 4 kinds of infectious disease infection.
