精品论文 参考文献 我院西药房头孢类抗菌药的临床使用调查 魏蕾 　　(江苏省徐州市沛县人民医院 221600) 　　【摘要】目的：调查我院西药房对头孢类抗菌药的应用情况，包括药物剂型、用药频度（DDDs）等方面。方法：选取2013年5月-12月我院西药房的800张头孢类抗菌药处方作为本次研究的对象，并与其临床使用情况相结合，进行综合性回顾与分析。结果：本组800张处方中，有口服型处方375张，其中以第一、二代头孢类抗菌药使用最多，分别占47.7%和40.3%；有针剂型处方425张，其中以第二代药物使用最多，占52.5%。根据临床使用前10位头孢类抗菌药的使用情况来看，其中以头孢西丁的DDDs值最高，为5.6，DDC值是41.3元/天，其次是头孢呋辛和头孢克洛，前者的DDDs和DDC值分别是4.1和104.8元/天，后者是3.2和62.5元/天。结论：我院西药房对头孢类抗菌药的临床应用基本上趋于合理，不过仍存在部分头孢类抗菌药用药频度上升和用药起点高等问题，临床应予以足够重视，并通过进一步培训及教育来规范用药。 　　【关键词】西药房；头孢类抗菌药；临床使用；调查 　　【中图分类号】R95 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）21-0050-02 　　Clinical investigation in our hospital pharmacy cephalosporin antimicrobial drugs 　　【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the application of hospital pharmacy cephalosporin antimicrobial drugs , including drug dosage , medication frequency (DDDs) and so on. Methods: May 2013 -December in our hospital pharmacy in 800 cephalosporin antibiotic prescriptions as the object of this study , and the clinical use of its combined to undertake a comprehensive review and analysis . Results: The 800 prescriptions , there are oral prescription 375 type , with first and second generation cephalosporin antibiotic use up , respectively, 47.7 % and 40.3% ; had injection -type prescription 425 , in which the second generation drug use most, accounting for52.5%. Depending on the situation prior to clinical use 10 cephalosporin antibiotic of view , in which the highest value DDDs cefoxitin for 5.6, DDC value is 41.3 yuan / day, followed by cefuroxime and cefaclor , former DDDs and DDC values were 4.1 and 104.8 yuan / day , which is 3.2 and 62.5 yuan / day. Conclusion : The hospital pharmacy clinical application of cephalosporin antimicrobial drugs basically become more reasonable, but still part of the cephalosporin class of antimicrobial drugs in the frequency rises higher starting problems and medication , clinical attention should be sufficient , and through further training and education to regulate
