精品论文 参考文献 我院门诊处方调查与评价 邓彩霞（广东阳江市人民医院药剂科 广东阳江 529500） 【中图分类号】R197 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）02-0109-03 【摘要】 目的 监测和评价我院门诊用药的现状，为我院持续改进、合理用药工作提供参考信息。方法 所用的处方来源于我院2012年7-9月份，每个月随机抽查一日的处方(正常工作日)，统计基本药物的处方数、药品通用名、处方金额、抗菌药物、注射剂的百分率等，从中抽查不合格处方进行点评。结果 本院门诊处方平均每张处方用药品种数 3.02种。药品通用名占处方用药的百分率100%，处方的平均金额为元124.2。门诊处方抗菌药物使用率为27.7%%；儿科使用抗菌药物使用率为55.4%；急诊科使用抗菌药物使用率为42.5%；儿科使用一联抗菌药物为98.6%；急诊科使用一联抗菌药物为92.6%；儿科使用二联抗菌药物为1.4%；急诊科使用二联???菌药物为7.4%；总门诊处方（包括急诊、儿科）使用注射剂为使用率17.9%；门诊处方合格率为96.6%，不合理处方为3.4%。结论 通过处方点评，提高了临床医师合理用药水平，特别是提高抗菌药物的合理应用水平，为提高医院医疗质量提供了基础。 【关键词】 门诊处方 处方点评 合理用药 抗菌药物 Survey and Comment Of outpatient prescription in Our hospital 【Abstract】OBJECTIVE: To Monitor and evaluate of Medication status in our Hospital outpatienta , For continuous improvement in our hospital, To provide reference information For continuous improvement in our hospital and rational use of drugs. METHODS: Prescriptions used is from our hospital between july and September in 2012, To check on the Day prescription(normal working day )Randomly per month ，To add up the number of prescriptions of essential medicines , generic Drugs, prescription amount, antibiotics, the percentage of injection and so on. To survey the Unqualified prescriptions are in order to evaluate. RESULTS: The average number of drugs of Per prescription is 3.02 in our Hospital outpatient. Generic Drugs account for 100.0% of the Prescription, The average amount of prescriptions is 124.2 , antibiotics usage of Outpatient prescription is 27.7%, antibiotics usage for Children is 55.4%, utilization rate of antimicrobial drugs is 42.5% in emergency department，An associated antimicrobial drugs for pediatric use is 98.6%，The use of a joint anti-bacterial drugs is 92.6% in emergency department，the use of two associated antimicrobial drugs was 7.4% in Emergency department，the utilization rate of total outpatient prescriptions injection (including emergency, pediatric) is 17.9%.A pass rate of the Outpatient prescription accounts for
