精品论文 参考文献 我院门诊药房中非甾体抗炎药使用情况的调查分析 李晓斌 邱谊芳 (福建省宁德市闽东医院 352000) 　　【摘要】目的：通过统计和分析我院门诊中非甾体抗炎药的使用状况，为加强我院非甾体抗炎药应用的规范化和科学化提供参考。方法：从2012年01月至2012年12月的所有门诊处方中随机抽取22467张，并统计其中非甾体抗炎药的使用状况，按使用总量选出6位的药物，分析其在年龄、剂量使用的规范性及该药物应用的症状与其说明书上适应证的符合性方面的分布特征。结果：抽样中使用非甾体抗炎药的患者为1498例，占抽样总数22467例的6.67％。非甾体抗炎药使用频率最高6位分别为洛索洛芬钠片，尼美舒利缓释片，塞来昔布胶囊，双氯芬酸钠缓释片，拜阿司匹林片，对乙酰氨基酚缓释片，前六位药物的DUI值均小于1，其药物的使用全部符合规定。病种以老年性关节炎最多。结论：我院非甾体抗炎药的使用大部分符合其说明书适应证，应用基本合理。 　　【关键词】非甾体抗炎药 调查分析 合理性 　　【中图分类号】R954 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）04-0028-02 　　【Abstract】Objective: statistics and analysis of our hospital outpatient Africa steroidal anti-inflammatory drug usage, and provide a reference for strengthening the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug applications, standardized and scientific hospital. Results: The patients in the sample using a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug is 1498 cases, accounting for the total number of 22,467 cases a sample of 6.67%. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs most frequently used six were due to be release tablets of ibuprofen, loxoprofen sodium tablets, nimesulide tablets, meloxicam tablets, thanks to the aspirin tablets, Tsai Nabumetone tablets , DUI value of the top six drugs are less than 1, the use of the drug complies with all requirements. Disease in elderly arthritis most.
