中国工程热物理学会 传热传质学 学术会议论文 编号：093006 舌津液蒸发对舌表面温度场影响的研究 Δ 李莎 邹瑾 李鸿军 （天津工业大学纺织学院建筑环境与设备工程系，天津 300160） （Tel:-mail:looklisa@） 摘要 结合中国传统医学理论进行猪舌生物传热传质的研究与计算。首次提出舌津液蒸发对舌表面温 度场的影响，通过计算得到了考虑舌面津液蒸发条件下舌表面折合对流换热系数，从而建立了考虑舌 面传质影响的热质交换方程，通过计算获得舌面在不同血液灌注率下的解析解。结果表明，舌面津液 蒸发对舌体传热存在显著影响，通过解析求解所得舌面温度场能够更好的与实验值相吻合。本研究将 传质问题引入生物传热模型，有助于深入研究舌体传热机理。 关键词 舌体 舌温 生物传热传质 舌津液蒸发 LI Sha，ZOU Jin，LI Hongjun (School of Textile, Tianjin Polytechnic University, Tianjin, 300160 China) AbstractCombining with the mechanism of tongue inspection in traditional chinese medicine, the study and calculation of bio-heat and mass transfer about pig tongue is processed. The temperature field on the surface of tongue is affected by the exhalation of saliva .equivalent thermal convection factor which is get from animal model by considering the exhalation of saliva. On the base of experiments, heat and mass transfer equation is built. Then the analytic solution and the variational relationship between 1D temperature field of tongue and blood perfusion rate is get. The result shows the heat transfer of tongue is influenced by the exhalation of saliva distinctly. the temperature field which is received by calculating 1D heat and mass transfer model fit experimental data closely. Mass transfer is imported in the bio-heat transfer model which help to study the mechanism of the heat transfer of tongue.
