提 要 目的：本研究旨在通过对古今文献中使用脐疗方法治疗便秘的相关内容进行统计 整理，总结脐疗治疗便秘的用药规律，脐疗方法等，为临床用脐疗法治疗便秘提供参 考。 方法：以中国知网数据库（1979～2011 年）为现代文献检索源，检索有关脐治 疗便秘疗的论文。以中华医典为古代文献检索源。检索脐疗治疗便秘的相关文献，经 统计、归纳和分析，总结出脐疗便秘用药的规律及治疗方法。 结果：对便秘脐疗用药的相关文献整理后，结果发现：①脐疗治疗便秘用药频次 在前 10 位的药物为大黄、芒硝、枳实、厚朴、盐、葱、皂角、冰片、当归、黄芪。 ②常用的药对大黄-芒硝、大黄-枳实、大黄-厚朴、大黄-冰片、芒硝-枳实、枳实-厚朴、 皂角-冰片、盐-葱、枳实-冰片、芒硝-皂角等③最常用的药物调制赋形剂为醋。④最常 用的脐疗方法为敷脐、填脐、膏贴脐等。 结论：脐疗治疗便秘的用药规律为：①泻下类药物的使用频次最高，特别是大黄 和芒硝，其次为补虚类药物。②在药性方面，寒性类药物出现的频次最高。③在药味 方面，苦、辛、甘类药物出现频次最高。④在药物归经方面，归脾经和胃经的药物出 现频次最高，其次为归肺经肝经。⑤在药物介质的选用上以醋、乙醇、蜂蜜、香油为 主要敷形剂。脐疗方法：最常用的脐疗方法为敷脐法、填脐法、膏贴脐。 关键词 便秘；脐疗；用药规律；脐疗方法 Study on The Ancient and Modern Literature Research of Navel Therapy of Constipation Speciality: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author:Zhang Zhongyuan Tutor: Ma Yuxia Abstract Objective: Through the study of ancient and modern literature on constipation of navel therapy medication-related content and statistics , sum up the delivery regularity of navel therapy of constipation , furtherly improve and perfect the herb-choosing pertinence for navel therapy of infantile diarrhea, and provide clinical reference.
