提 要 目的：观察苈强心汤治疗左室射血分数正常的心力衰竭（气虚血瘀型）的临床疗 效，并探讨其作用机制。方法：采用随机分组的方法，将 60 例符合纳入标准的患者 分为试验组和对照组，每组 30 人。对照组采用西医常规治疗，试验组在西医常规治 疗基础上加服其苈强心汤；治疗周期为3周。观察治疗前后患者主要临床症状改善情 况及心功能、BNP及心脏超声相应指标变化情况。结果：试验组症状改善总有效率为 93.3%，显效率为 46.7%，与对照组相比有显著性差异(P0.01)；试验组心功能改善 总有效率为 93.3%，显效率为 36.7%，与对照组相比有显著性差异(P0.01)；BNP 试 验组改善较对照组有显著的统计学差异（P0.01）；试验组 E、A、E/A、IVRT 等参数 均有改善，较对照组有显著的统计学差异（P0.01）。结论：芪苈强心汤是临床治疗 左室射血分数正常的心力衰竭（气虚血瘀型）的有效方剂，该方可有效提高患者心功 能，并提高生活质量，值得临床广泛应用。 关键词 芪苈强心汤；左室射血分数正常的心力衰竭；气虚血瘀型；临床研究 Clinical Study on QiLiQiangXin Decoction’s Influence to the heart failure with normal left ventricular ejection fraction （QiXuXueYuType ） Speciality:Cardiovascular disease,Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Wang song5Wang song544456678899998877766bbnmllkjhhShuai Tutor:pProf Wangying.Guo Weixing Abstract Objective: To observe the curative effect of QiLiQiangXin Decoction to the HFNEF of QiXuXueYuType,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:In the clinical study, Randomized principles,sixty patients conforming to Standard were divided into tentative group (30cases) and control group (30cases).The control group was treated only by conventional western medicine,while the tentative group was treated by QiLiQiangXin Decoction added to the conventional western medicine.Three weeks was a course of treatment.The changes of main clinical syndrome, heart function,heart rate、BNP and the change of the echocardiographic’indices were observed before and after treatment.Results: Patients symptoms improve the total effective rate was 93.3%, significant efficiency is 46.7%, compared with the control have significant differences (P0.01);Patients improve cardiac function the total effective rate of 93.3%, significant efficiency
