提 要 目的：研究脐诊的起源、诊断方法及其临床应用方面的规律。 方法及内容：搜集《内经》及其以后历代医家和当代著作中有关脐诊的资料，总 结分析其起源、诊断方法及在临床治疗预后中的应用规律。 结果：（1）脐诊起源于《内经》、《难经》、《伤寒论》时期，以后为诸多医家完善 与发展。（2）脐诊法可以查知冲脉动态和肾及其它脏腑经络的变化。（3）诊察脐周分 部情况可以诊断相应脏腑的疾病。（4）在诊断方法上主要根据脐周动气，脐周疼痛部 位，观察脐部的形态、皮肤色泽、脐孔大小、脐的凹陷和凸起、脐部外形、脐蕊皱折、 脐蕊的高低、脐壁有无倾斜以及脐周附属物等以观察正气和协助诊断疾病。（5）脐诊 在中医诊断治疗用药预后确立治法宜忌以及胎产中有广泛的应用。应用脐诊需要注意 四诊合参。 结论：（1）脐诊源远流长。（2）脐诊法主要通过望、问、切诊综合诊察脐部及脐 周附属物以诊断疾病。（3）脐诊法主要应用于诊断脏腑疾病，临床需要四诊合参。 关键词 脐诊；操作方法；临床应用；文献 Ancient and Modern Literature Exploration for Umbilicus Dignosis Speciality:Acumox and Tuina Speciality Author:Liu Xitong Tutor:Professor Gao Shuzhong Abstract Objective:Researching the origin of the umbilicus dignosis ,its operation methods and clinical application ,which can be better for clinical services. Method and Content:Collecting Huangdi Neijing and the following works which is related to umbilicus dignosis and analyzing its origins,the diagnostic method of the umbilicus dignosis and the law of treatment and prognosis. Results:(1) Umbilicus dignosis originates from the period of Huangdi Neijing ,Nan Jing and Shang han Lun and is developed by many doctors from later ages.(2) Umbilicus connects with twelve channels and has relationship with five zang-organs and six fu- organs.So umbilicus dignosis can examine not only Thoroughfare Vessel but also kidney and other organs.(3)Umbilicus is a holographic system and around the umbilicus there are subsections which can reflect the situation of zang and fu organs.(4)As to the diagnosis methods there are sevel ways:by examining the pulse and pain around the umbilicus,observing the patten,color, luster,size and the appearance of the umbilicus and so on.(
