提 要 目的：肝硬化是一种常见的慢性肝病，肝硬化晚期仍缺乏特效的治疗手段。本研 究对肝硬化患者采用脐血干细胞移植治疗，探讨其临床疗效与中医证型的相关关系。 方法：选择肝硬化患者 75 例，术前经常规治疗后 71 例肝功能提至 B 级。完成 中医证型的分型。行脐血干细胞（umbilical cord blood stem cell，UCBSC ） 移植术。完成移植术后1周、4周、8周的化验。 结果：70 例患者在术后 1 周后精神、食欲及体力均明显好转，原有腹胀、乏力 及嗳气等症状明显减轻或消失，35例患者仍需间断补充白蛋白提高胶体渗透压，第4 周观察，患者腹胀、乏力及嗳气等症状基本消失：60 例患者精神、食欲恢复正常， 不需要补充白蛋白，双下肢水肿消失。术前、术后8周患者肝功化验情况对比，肝气 郁结组、水湿内阻组及湿热蕴结组前白蛋白、白蛋白、凝血酶原活动度术后明显好于 术前（P0.05）, 肝肾阴虚组、脾肾阳虚组及瘀血阻络组术后无明显好转（P0.05）， 所有病例谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和胆红素改变不明显（P0.05）。 结论：脐血干细胞移植治疗肝硬化可明显改善肝脏功能，尤其在肝气郁结证、 水湿内阻证及湿热郁结证表现更明显，特别是肝脏的合成功能均有明显改变，极大地 改善患者的生存质量。 关键词 干细胞移植 肝硬化 中医证型 The Associativity Research Of Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cell Transplantation for Treatment of Hepatic Cirrhosis and Type Of Syndrome Specialty:：Digestive Medicine Postgraduate ：Ning Li Tutor ：Jiandong OuYang Abstract Objective：To analyze the effect of the umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantation in treatment of patients with hepatic cirrhosis，investigate the Associativity Research of the Type Of Syndrome.
