精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者血压与生活质量的影响 [摘 要]目的：观察并分析护理干预对子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者血压与生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析2012年11月-2014年11月本院诊治的78例子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者临床资料，本组患者均给予护理干预，观察并比较护理干预后本组患者血压指标、生活质量、心理状态以及卫生行为改善情况。结果：本组患者经护理干预后血压指标水平均较护理干预前显著降低，各项生活质量及心理状态指标评分均高于护理干预前，且患者卫生行为得到显著改善，比较差异均具统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：护理干预对子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者的血压指标与生活质量均具有积极影响，且可以有效排除患者负性情绪，改善患者自身卫生行为，这对改善预后具有积极作用，具有临床实际应用价值。 [关键词]护理干预 子宫肌瘤 高血压 ??活质量 卫生行为 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.36.25 作者单位：112000，辽宁省铁岭市，辽宁省铁岭市中心医院 作者简介：杨凤云（1974—），女，辽宁省铁岭市中心医院主管护师。 Study on the Influence of Nursing Intervention on Blood Pressure and Life Quality of Patients with Uterine Fibroids and Hypertension Yang Fengyun Abstract：Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the blood pressure and life quality of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension. Methods: The clinical data of 78 cases of patients with uterine fibroids and hypertension treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2014 were reviewed, and all the patients were given nursing intervention. After the nursing intervention, blood pressure markers, quality of life, mental state and health behavior of these patients were observed and compared. Results: The markers of blood pressure of this group of patients after nursing intervention were significantly reduced compared with those before nursing intervention was given; each marker of life quality and psychological state scored higher than before intervention; and health behavior of these patients was significantly improved; all the differences were statistically significant (Plt;0.01). Conclusion: Nursing intervention is with positive effects on quality of life and blood pressure of patients with uterine leiomyoma and hypertension, and it can effectively mitigate negative emotions of patients and improve patientsrsquo; health behavior, which plays a positive role in improving the prognosis of patients. Therefore, nursing intervention is of practical value to be put into clinical application.
