精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对心脏起搏器植入术后患者睡眠质性影响 廖诗慧 巫杰 宋佳 余美娜 　　（乐山市中医医院 四川 乐山 614000） 　　【摘要】 目的：分析探讨护理干预对心脏起搏器植入术后患者的睡眠质量的影响。方法：将我院2015年1月～2015年6月收治入院的38例永久性心脏起搏器植入患者作为研究对象。按照患者自愿参与随机分组的原则分为对照组和观察组各19例，对照组按照心内科护理术后护理常规进行护理，观察组给予除心内科常规护理外予改善睡眠的护理干预。比较两组患者术后24h,术后3天和1周的睡眠质量评分(PSQI)，及术后1周患者治疗依从性和满意度。结果：两组患者24h睡眠质量评分无明显差异。但术后3天和术后1周的睡眠质量评分，观察组明显低于对照组，治疗依从性和患者满意度观察组明显高于对照组。结论：护理干预能有效改善心脏起搏器植入术后患者的睡眠质量，提高患者术后治疗依从性和住院满意度，促进患者康复，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 心脏起搏器植入术；护理干预；睡眠质量 　　【中图分类号】R472 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）03-0313-02 　　Nursing intervention for patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation after qualitative influence of sleep 　　【Abstract】objective To analysis to explore the nursing intervention for patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation after the influence of the quality of sleep.Method From January 2015 - June 2015 admitted of 38 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation as the research object. according to the principle of voluntary patients randomly assigned into control group and observation group (19 cases), control group, in accordance with the cardiology, postoperative nursing routine nursing care, observation group was given in addition to the heart routine nursing with the nursing intervention to improve sleep. Compare two groups of 24 h after surgery, postoperative 3 days and weeks of sleep quality score (PSQI), and postoperative patients with 1 week treatment adherence and satisfaction. Results Two groups of patients with no obvious difference was found between 24 h sleep quality score, but after 3 days and 1 week after sleep quality score, the observation group significantly lower than the control group, treatment adherence and patient satisfaction observation group is significantly higher than the control group .
