精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对老年功能性消化不良患者心身健康作用的对照研究 黑龙江省绥化木材综合加工厂职工医院 黑龙江绥化 152071 【摘 要】目的：护理干预对老年功能性消化不良患者心身健康作用的对照研究。方法：本文选取我院于2015年01月~2016年08月收治的90例老年功能性消化不良患者，将其随机分为护理组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理方式，护理组采用护理干预方式，对比两组患者护理前后的消化系统症状评分和抑郁症状评分结果。结果：护理组的消化系统症状评分和抑郁症状评分结果明显优于对照组，两组结果对比有显著性差异（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：老年功能性消化不良患者在治疗过程中实施护理干预措施，能够有效的改善患者的心理状态，帮助患者调整好心理，减轻抑郁焦虑等不良心理情绪的影响，不断提高其生活质量，值得在临床上推广应用。 【关键词】护理干预；老年功能性消化不良；对照研究 [Abstract] Objective：To study the effect of nursing intervention on psychosomatic health of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods：This paper collected in our hospital in 2015 January 2016 in August were 90 cases of elderly peptic patients with poor，were randomly divided into nursing group and control group.The control group received the routine nursing，nursing group by nursing intervention，compared two groups of patients before and after the fire system symptom score and depression symptoms among.Results：the scores of digestive system symptoms and depression symptoms in nursing group were significantly better than those in control group，and there were significant differences between the two groups（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：in elderly patients with functional dyspepsia patients in the treatment process of implementation nursing intervention measures，can effectively improve the patients mental state，help patients adjust good mental，mitigate the effects of depression，anxiety and other negative psychological and emotional，and continuously improve the quality of life，worthy of clinical application. [Key words] nursing intervention；Senile Functional dyspepsia；control study 功能性消化不良是一种非器质性病变引发的一种持续性、反复发作的消化不良症状[1]，在临床中这种疾病在老年人群中的发病率较高，其主要的临床症状就表现为患者餐后饱胀、上腹胀痛、早饱、厌食、腹痛等临床症状，在临床中还会对患者的心理等方面产生非常不良的影响，严重的危害着患者的身体和心理健康。下面本文选取了我院进行治疗的90例老年功能性消化不良患者，分别进行护理干预措施和常规护理方式，对比两组患者护理前后的消化系统症状评分和抑郁症状评分结果，现资料统计如下。 1资料与方法 1.1临床资料 本次试验选取的患者均为2015年01月~2016年08月在我院进行治疗的90例老年功能性消化不良患者，每组各45例。其中男35例，女55例。护理组，年龄58岁到82岁之间，平均年龄（74
