精品论文 参考文献 探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病并发肾病患者的临床特征以及护理干预措施 居琴（江苏省高邮市人民医院十五病区 225600） 　　【摘要】目的：研究分析Ⅱ型糖尿病伴随肾脏疾病病人的临床症状特点和专业有效的护理干预模式。方法：在我院接收的II型糖尿病伴随肾脏疾病的病人中随机选择80例，对他们采取专业有效的护理干预模式。结果：这些病人在采取专业有效的护理干预模式之后，他们的血糖水平、肾功能、并发症的发生都效果显著，通过比较，其和治疗前差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：针对此类病人，采取专业有效的护理干预模式，能显著增强主治医生的诊治结果，病人的血糖水平和肾脏疾病均恢复正常，并且其还能有效减轻此病并发症的发生情况，极大的增强了病人的满意程度。 　　【关键词】 II型糖尿病伴随肾病 临床症状特点 专业有效的护理干预模式 　　【中图分类号】R473.5 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）51-0193-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To study the analysis of type II diabetes with kidney disease patients clinical symptom and professional and effective nursing intervention model. Methods: in type II diabetes in our hospital receivedpatients with kidney disease in 80 patients were randomly selected, and theywere analyzed and discussed, strict attention to the clinical features of thepatients, and to take effective nursing intervention model professional in their.The details include: the implementation of nursing intervention mode commonto the patient, nursing intervention mode diet for patients, nursing interventionmodel of psychological aspects of the patient, nursing intervention on patients with hemodialysis. Results: the patients after taking effective nursing intervention model professional, their blood glucose levels has been the rapid recovery, and a patientafter take nursing intervention model of professional and effective, nocomplications occurred, by comparing the differences and before treatment.Significantly (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with nursing intervention mode of professional and effective, can significantlyto improve the clinical treatment effect, the patients blood sugar levels andkidney disease were normal, and it can effectively reduce the occurrence ofcomplications, greatly enhance the satisfaction degree of patients. 　　肾脏功能障碍病为糖尿病的并发症中最危急的一种类型，其严重时能引发身体的全部微血管的功能异常。现今我院诊治此病一般选择调节血糖和病人的血压的水平，为病人安排适当的食物，并让其养成规律的饮食习惯，针对危急的病人采取血液透析实施治疗，同时采取专业有效的护理干预模式。合理的饮食调节，病情严重时给予血液透析治疗。对这80例
