精品论文 参考文献 探讨一次性肛周脓肿根治术与传统分期治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果 黑龙江省齐齐哈尔第二医院 161006 【摘 要】目的 探讨肛周脓肿一次性根治术的临床疗效。方法 对我院2010年6月～2012年6月确诊的106例肛周脓肿患者均采用一次性根治术（观察组），选择我院2008年1月～2010年1月行肛周脓肿传统分期手术治疗的106例患者的资料（对照组），观察两组治疗效果、术后肛周疼痛、肛门功能、住院时间及治疗费用情况。结果 两组患者术后随访1年，观察组98例治愈，8例延迟愈合，无复发，对照组治愈102例，延迟愈合2例，复发2例，两组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义（P gt; 0.05）；观察组术后肛周疼痛情况、肛门功能明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P lt; 0.05）；观察组总住院时间、治疗费用低于对照组，患者满意度明显高于对照组（P lt; 0.05）。结论 一次性肛周脓肿根治术操作简便、易于施行，在减少术后继发感染、降低复发率及保护肛门功能等方面效果显著，而且可以缩短病程，减少患者痛苦，是治疗肛周脓肿的一种疗效可靠的术式。 【关键词】肛周脓肿；一次性根治术；肛门功能；复发 Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of radical operation of anus week abscess.Method of diagnosed in our hospital in June 2010 to 2012 June 106 cases of perianal abscess patients were treated with disposable radical surgery（observation group）.In our hospital in 2008 January to 2010 years 1 month，anus week abscess traditional surgical staging treatment of 106 patients（control group），to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups，postoperative anal pain，anal function，hospitalization time and cost of treatment.Results two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year，observation group of 98 cases cured，8 cases of delayed healing，no recurrence，control group，102 cases were cured，2 cases of delayed union，recurrence in 2 cases，two groups cure rate difference was not statistically significant（P gt; 0.05）；observation group after anal pain，anal function can significantly than those in the control group，the difference was significant（P lt; 0.05）；in the observation group，the total duration of hospitalization，treatment costs lower than that of the control group，patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion disposable perianal abscess radical operation is simple and easy to apply，in reducing postoperative secondary infection，reduce the relapse rate and to protect the anal function effect is remarkable，and can shorten the course of disease，reduce the suffering of patients，is a curative effect of treating per
