精品论文 参考文献 探讨大隐静脉高位结扎剥落加局电凝术对下肢静脉曲张的疗效 桦南县中医医院 154400 摘要：目的：研究分析大隐静脉高位结扎、点式抽剥加腔内激光治疗术对下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院外科2010年到2014年采用大隐静脉高位结扎、点式抽剥加腔内激光治疗术治疗的下肢静脉曲张的患者68例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并命名为治疗组，再从我院外科2010年以前的采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎+分段抽剥手术治疗的患者中随机抽取70名患者，并命名为对照组，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效，术后恢复时间，患者对治疗的满意度。结果：对照组总有效率为70.00%，观察组总有效率为88.89%，观察组的总有效率明显比对照组高（Plt;0.05）。对照组的平均手术时间为112.35plusmn;12.47min，观察组的平均手术时间为82.31plusmn;8.24min，观察组的平均手术时间明显比对照组短（Plt;0.05）。观察组患者的平均住院时间为4.33plusmn;1.52d，对照组患者的平均住院时间为7.47plusmn;2.35d，观察组的平均住院时间明显比对照组短（Plt;0.05）。对照组满意度为65.00%，观察组满意度为94.45%，观察组的满意度明显比对照组高（Plt;0.05）。结论：用大隐静脉高位结扎、点式抽剥加腔内激光治疗术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效佳，比原来传统的手术治疗效果明显好，值得在临床上大力推荐。 　　关键词：大隐静脉高位结扎；点式抽剥；腔内激光治疗术；下肢静脉曲张 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the high ligation of great saphenous vein，stripping and the clinical efficacy of endovenous laser treatment for varicose veins of lower extremity were observed. Methods：the object of this study is in surgical department of our hospital in 2010 to 2014 with high ligation of great saphenous vein，stripping and endovenous laser therapy in the treatment of varicose veins in the lower extremities in 68 patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and named for the treatment group，from the surgical department of our hospital before 2010 with traditional high ligation of great saphenous vein + segmentation and stripping surgery patients randomly selected 70 patients and named as control group. Observe clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients，the postoperative recovery time，patients of treatment satisfaction. Results：the total effective rate of control group was 70%，the total effective rate of observation group was 88.89%，the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（Plt;0.05）.
