精品论文 参考文献 探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除术与白内障超声乳化术临床效果观察 东宁市中医院 157299 摘要：目的 对比研究小切口白内障囊外摘除术和白内障超声乳化术的临床效果观察。方法 此次研究的对象是选取2008年2月～2009年8月来我院就诊的白内障患者160例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据患者病情身体状况采用相应的治疗方法。随机将其分为A、B两组各80例。A组使用白内障小切口囊外摘除术治疗；B组采用超声乳化术治疗。记录患者的术后视力情况和并发症人数。综合以上情况总结比较白内障小切口囊外摘除术和白内障超声乳化术治疗白内障的临床效果。结果 治疗后，A、B两组患者术后视力恢复情况和并发症人数无显著差异（P gt; 0.05）。结论 小切口白内障囊外摘除术和白内障超声乳化术临床疗效差异不大（P gt; 0.05）。 关键词：小切口白内障囊外摘除术；白内障超声乳化术；白内障 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification.Methods the study object is selected in 2008 from February to August 2009 to 160 cases of cataract patients in our hospital，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the physical condition of the patients condition by the corresponding treatment methods.Randomly divided into A，B two groups of 80 cases.A group was treated with small incision cataract extraction，B group was treated by phacoemulsification.Postoperative visual acuity and complications were recorded.To sum up the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract.Results after treatment，there was no significant difference in the postoperative visual acuity and the number of complications between the two groups（P gt; 0.05），A and B.Conclusions the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification is not significant（P gt; 0.05）. Cataract extraction with small incision cataract extraction by phacoemulsification cataract 随着我国社会人口老龄化的逐步加大，白内障患者的数量也在逐步增多。要想使白内障患者重见光明，手术治疗是目前唯一有效可行的方法。近些年来随着医疗设备及临床手术方法的不断进步，出现了多种治疗白内障的方法，目前临床使用较多，且患者预后较好的为超声乳化术，但是该种术式所需的费用较高。而小切口囊外白内障摘除术是一项全新的改良囊外白内障摘除手术，主要采用了小切口、手法娩核等方面的技术，手术快捷安全、疗效好，适用于基层医院的开展。目前，在临床上有部分学者报道白内障小切口囊外摘除术和超声乳化术的远期临床效果相当，且术式操作相对简单，患者所需承受的经济压力也较小[1]。为了进一步比较小切口白内障囊外摘除术和白内障超声乳化术的临床疗效，笔者特进行本次实验。现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1临床资料 选取2008年2月～2009年8月经我院治疗的白内障患者160例作为研究对象，对所有患者入院后均进行一系列眼部常规检查，确诊为白内障。随机将其分为A、B两组各80例。A组男37例，女43例，年龄43～71岁，平均（58.1pl
