精品论文 参考文献 探讨局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术在基层医院的应用价值 向洪宇 　　（中江县人民医院 四川 德阳 614000） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术在基层医院中使用的价值。方法：择取我院自2013年5月至2015年5月收治的90例局部麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者，将90例患者随机分为两组，分别为实验组和参照组，对两组患者行以不同的麻醉方式的腹股沟疝无张力修补术。实验组患者均行以局部麻醉，参照组均行以硬膜外麻醉。对患者行手术处理之后，观察两组患者的治疗效果、手术时间、手术切口疼痛时间、并发症现象以及手术费用。结果：实验组利用局部麻醉的方式，得到的治疗效果较佳，手术时间、并发症现象以及手术费用均较低，而与实验组相比，参照组患者采用硬膜外麻醉方法，效果相对较差；两组患者的整体治疗有效率以及手术切口疼痛时间无统计学意义，（Pgt;0.05）。结论：局部麻醉和硬膜外麻醉腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗的效果均较好，但是在基层医院中使用局部麻醉的方式较佳，手术时间短，并发症少，且手术费用较低，经济性好，因此，应在基层医院中使用。 　　【关键词】局部麻醉；腹股沟疝无张力修补术；消化科；应用体会 　　【中图分类号】R628 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）12-0020-02 　　 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the value of local anesthetic inguinal hernia repair tension in the primary hospital use. Method Choose to take our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were treated 90 cases of local anesthesia tension-free repair of inguinal hernia patients, 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups as the experimental group and the reference group, for two group of patients with different anesthesia inguinal hernia tension-free repair. In the experimental group patients underwent local anesthesia, the reference group underwent epidural anesthesia. After patients underwent surgical treatment, the treatment effect was observed in both groups of patients, operation time, incision pain, complications and surgical expenses phenomenon. Results The experimental group using local anesthesia way, get preferred treatment, operative time, complications phenomenon and surgical costs are lower, while the experimental group compared with the reference group treated with epidural anesthesia; overall treatment efficiency of two groups of patients and surgical incision time was not statistically significant, (Pgt; 0.05).
