精品论文 参考文献 探讨运动心力监测仪在剖腹产术中的临床价值 刘 玲 　　四川省德阳市妇幼保健院 四川德阳 618000 　　【摘 要】目的：探析动心力监测仪在剖腹产术中的临床价值。方法：选取2011年1月至2014年12月我院接收的100例剖腹产术患者，通过运动心力监测仪对患者心力储备进行检测，并评估患者心脏安全性，以获取剖腹产术中混着心脏储备变化值，以保障母婴安全。结果：手术中、手术结束时患者的心率（（95.98plusmn;17.83）次/min、（91.99plusmn;14.29）次/min）均明显高于麻醉前（（86.03plusmn;15.10）次/min），差异性显著（P＜0.05）。麻醉后，患者的舒张期与收缩期比值（D/S）呈现逐渐下降趋势，分别是（1.12plusmn;0.22）、（1.00plusmn;0.20）、（1.01plusmn;0.21），与麻醉前（1.45plusmn;0.53）相比较，差异性显著（P＜0.05）。麻醉后，患者的心肌收缩能力变化（S1/S2）呈现上升趋势，分别是（3.19plusmn;2.14）、（3.17plusmn;2.70）、（3.04plusmn;1.76），与麻醉前（2.32plusmn;1.42）相比较，差异性显著（P＜0.05）。结论：运动心力监测仪在剖腹产术中的应用，具备良好的临床价值，能够准确获得患者心脏功能的变化，为母婴生命安全提供保障，保证剖腹产术的顺利进行，降低死亡率。 　　【关键词】运动心力监测仪；剖腹产术；临床价值 　　【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1764-8999（2015）7-0477-01 　　To investigate the clinical value of heart monitor in cesarean section 　　Liu ling 　　Deyang city, sichuan province 618000 maternity and childrens health care centers 　　【Abstract】Objective: to explore clinical value of dynamic heart monitor in cesarean section. Selection methods: between January 2011 and December 2011, 100 cases of cesarean section patients receiving in our heart monitor through movement of patients with cardiac reserve, cardiac safety, and to assess for cesarean section in the mixed with cardiac reserve value change, to ensure the security of maternal and infant. Results: in the operation, at the end of surgery in patients with heart rate ((95.98 + 17.83) times/min, (91.99-14.29) times/min) were significantly higher than before anesthesia ((86.03 + 15.10) times/min), significant differences (P lt; 0.05). After anesthesia, patients with diastolic and systolic ratio (D/S) showed a trend of gradual decline, respectively (1.12 + 0.22), (1.00-0.20), (1.01-0.21), compared with before anesthesia (1.45-0.53) and significant difference (P lt; 0.05). Myocardial contraction ability of the changes of the patients after anesthesia, present a tendency of increasing (S1 / S2), (3.19-2.14), (3.17-2.70), (3.04-1.76), compared with before anesthesia (2.32-
