精品论文 参考文献 探讨舒适护理模式在血液透析护理中的应用 大庆市让胡路区人民医院 163712 摘要：目的：研究分析舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2012年1-12月间收治的血液透析患者100例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并按照随机数字表法分为两组，常规护理组50例，采取常规护理，舒适护理组50例，在护理全程中开展舒适护理模式。对比两组患者的护理效果和护理满意度。结果：在血液透析治疗后，舒适护理组并发症发生率低于常规护理组，患者对护理满意度高于常规护理组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在血透全过程中，采取舒适护理模式能减少并发症发生率，提高血透患者生活质量，从而减轻患者的心理压力和痛苦；同时舒适护理能更好地满足患者需求，提升患者的满意度和舒适度，使整体护理质量得到改善，在血透过程中采用舒适护理值得应用与广泛推广。 关键词：血液透析；舒适护理模式；护理干预 [Abstract] Objective：To study the application effect of comfortable nursing in hemodialysis nursing.Methods：the research object is to choose 100 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted in our hospital between January and December 2012，the clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the random number table method were divided into two groups，the routine nursing group 50 cases and routine nursing care was taken，the comfortable nursing group 50 cases and in the nursing process to carry out the comfortable nursing pattern.Nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：after hemodialysis treatment，the incidence of complications of comfort care group was lower than that of the conventional nursing group，the patients satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that of the conventional nursing group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：in the blood through whole process，take comfortable nursing mode can reduce the incidence of complications，improve hemodialysis patients quality of life，so as to reduce the patients psychological pressure and pain；and comfortable nursing can better meet the needs of the patients，enhance patient satisfaction and comfort，so as to improve the overall nursing quality，in the hemodialysis process with comfortable nursing is worthy of application and popularization.
