精品论文 参考文献 探讨重度妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产手术的麻醉效果 甘南妇幼保健院 162100 【摘 要】目的 研究分析重度妊娠高血压综合征患者行剖宫产术的麻醉方法对母婴的影响。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2012年4月～2015年4月我院收治的住院分娩重度妊娠高血压综合征患者93例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并分别采用腰硬联合麻醉（CSEA）、全身麻醉（EA）、硬膜外麻醉（GA）三种麻醉方式。结果 ①67例子痫前期患者中全麻21例，腰硬联合麻醉22例，硬膜外麻醉24例；26例子痫患者中全麻9例，腰硬联合麻醉10例，硬膜外麻醉7例；②腰硬联合麻醉组诱导时间明显低于全麻组和硬膜外麻醉组（Plt;0.05），腰硬联合麻醉组麻醉效果明显优于全麻组和硬膜外麻醉组（Plt;0.05），腰硬联合麻醉组未引起术后并发症，且新生儿状态明显好于全麻组和硬膜外麻醉组（Plt;0.05）。结论 腰硬联合麻醉组是一种较理想的重度妊娠高血压综合征患者行剖宫产术的麻醉方法，值得临床运用。 【关键词】重度妊娠高血压综合征；剖宫产术；麻醉方法 Abstract：Objective To study the effect of anesthesia methods on maternal and infant in patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Method the study object is to choose a 2012 treated in our hospital from April to 2015 April delivery in hospital of severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients in 93 cases，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，were used and combined spinal epidural anesthesia（EA），epidural general anesthesia（CSEA）and anesthesia（GA）of three kinds of anesthesia. Results 21 cases of 1. 67 cases of preeclampsia in general anesthesia，combined spinal epidural anesthesia in 22 cases，epidural anesthesia was performed in 24 cases；9 cases of 26 patients with eclampsia in general anesthesia，combined spinal epidural anesthesia in 10 cases，epidural anesthesia was performed in 7 cases；（2）the waist hard joint anesthesia group induction time was significantly lower than that in the group of general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia group（P lt; 0.05），combined spinal epidural anesthesia group is better than general anesthesia group and epidural anesthesia epidural anesthesia group（P lt; 0.05），combined spinal epidural anesthesia group did not cause postoperative complications and neonatal status significantly better in the group of general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia group（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion combined spinal epidural anesthesia group is an ideal anesthesia method for cesarean section in patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome，which is worth of
