Abs tract: Based on data collected in Tangshan city, main factors and mechan ism of integrated d isasters are ana-
lyzed. N eural network method is used to establish disaster risk evaluation mode,l then the parameters in model and
correlation factormatrix are determ ined. In th is papermanagement information system of integrated disaster preven-
tion based on function is designed, its function and interface are introduced, the d istribution of integrated d isasters
risk in Tangshan city is analyzed. Som e suggestions for the integrated d isasters prevention are given in the end.
