精品论文 参考文献 改良小切口手术和传统甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床疗效观察 田递达 　　（四川省宜宾市肿瘤医院 四川 宜宾 644000） 　　【摘要】 目的：对改良小切口甲状腺切除术与传统甲状腺切除术在甲状腺瘤患者中的治疗效果进行调查。方法：选择我院2013年9月～2015年9月间64例甲状腺瘤患者，根据患者入院顺序以及患者自身意愿将其分为两组，一组为实验组，一组为对照组，每组32例，实验组患者采用改良小切口手术治疗，对照组患者采用传统甲状腺切除术治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：实验组患者术中出血量、手术时间明显少于对照组，切口长度明显短于对照组，两组比较存在明显差异，P＜0.05。实验组患者并发症发生率为3.1%，对照组患者并发症发生率为18.8%，两组患者比较存在明显差异，P＜0.05。结论：改良小切口手术能够降低患者并发症发生率，改善患者预后。 　　【关键词】 改良小切口手术；传统甲状腺切除术；甲状腺瘤 　　【中图分类号】R736.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）07-0027-02 　　To observe the clinical effect of improved small incision operation and traditional thyroidectomy for treatment of thyroid tumor 　　 Tian Dida.
