普济痔疮栓用于混合痔术后临床观察 王海霞 山西医科大学附属第二医院中药房 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的 探讨普济痔疮栓治疗混合痔术后的有效性、安全性及对炎症和生活质量的影响。方法 91例混合痔术后患者随机分为对照组45例和观察组46例, 对照组予复方荆芥熏洗剂和肛泰栓, 观察组予复方荆芥熏洗剂和普济痔疮栓治疗。比较水肿消退时间、疼痛消退时间、创面愈合时间、临床疗效和不良反应, ELISA法测定IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α, 采用SF-36量表评价生活质量。结果 观察组疼痛消退时间、水肿消退时间及创面愈合时间分别为 (9.10±1.37) d、 (6.68±1.14) d和 (14.17±3.32) d, 短于对照组的 (12.45±3.17) d、 (8.04±1.23) d和 (18.16±3.02) d;观察组总有效率为87.0%, 高于对照组的68.9%;观察组术后1周血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α显著低于对照组, SF-36量表中生理功能、躯体疼痛、活力及精神健康改善更为明显 (P0.05) 。其余指标组间相近 (P0.05) 。结论 普济痔疮栓治疗混合痔术后的安全有效, 且可明显提高患者炎症和生活质量。 关键词： 普济痔疮栓; 混合痔术后; 炎症; 生活质量; 收稿日期：2017-09-17 Clinical Observation of Puji Zhichuang Suppository in the Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids after Surgery WANG Haixia Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy, the Affiliated Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University; Abstract： Objective To observe the effect and safety of Puji Zhichuang suppository on mixed hemorrhoid after surgery, and the impact on inflammation and quality of life.Methods 91 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid after surgery were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (46 cases) .The control group received compound herbal schizonepetae smoked lotion and Gangtai suppository, and the study group received compound herbal schizonepetae smoked lotion and Puji Zhichuang suppository.The edema subsided, pain subsided, bleeding stop and wound healing time, clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared.Serum level of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α was determined by ELISA.SF-36 scale was used to evaluate the quality of life.Results For the observation group, the average time of edema subsided, pain subsided and wound healing was (9.10 ± 1.37) d, (6.68 ± 1.14) d and (14.17 ± 3.32) d, respectively, which were shorter than (12.45 ± 3.17) d, (8.04 ± 1.23) d and (18.16 ± 3.02) d of the control group.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 87.0%, which was higher than 68.9% of the cont
