妊娠期女性心电图短PR间期改变的分析 蔡鸳 深圳市罗湖区妇幼保健院心电图室 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:研究并探讨妊娠期女性的心电图短PR间期改变的临床意义。方法:于2016年1月2017年2月期间, 选取该阶段内在某院接受心电图检查的100例妊娠期妇女和50例非妊娠期健康妇女作为研究对象, 分别设为观察组、对照组, 对其心电图检查结果进行分析, 比较两组妇女的心电图短PR间期发生率。根据妊娠时间将妊娠期妇女分为孕早期组、孕中晚期组, 比较不同妊娠时间妇女的心电图短PR间期发生率, 计算心电图短PR间期改变与妊娠的相关性系数。结果:观察组妇女的心电图短PR间期发生率明显高于对照组妇女 (P0.05) ;孕中晚期组的心电图短PR间期发生率明显高于孕早期组 (P0.05) ;心电图短PR间期改变与妊娠密切相关, 且随着妊娠时间的推移, 其发生率逐渐增高。结论:心电图短PR间期改变与妊娠密切相关, 妊娠期间应对孕产妇的心电图短PR间期改变进行密切观察, 以及时发现并处理妊娠异常情况, 进一步确保母婴安全。 关键词： 妊娠期; 心电图; 短PR间期; 收稿日期：2017-05-18 Analysis of Short Duration PR Interval Changes in Female Pregnancy Cai Yuan Electrocardiogram Room of Luohu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital, Shenzhen; Abstract： Objective:To study and explore the clinical significance of short duration PR interval changes in pregnancy women.Methods:From January 2016 to February2017, 100 cases of pregnant women and 50 cases of non-pregnant healthy women who accepted electrocardiogram examination in a hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group, the ECG examination results were analyzed and the incidence of ECG of short PR interval was compared between two groups.According to the time of pregnancy, pregnant women were divided into early pregnancy group and late pregnancy group.The incidence of ECG of short PR interval was compared in order to calculate the correlation coefficient of short PR interval change correlation coefficient and pregnancy.Results:The observation groups ECG short PR interval was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05 group) ;the incidence of womens late pregnancy in the ECG short PR interval was significantly higher than that in early pregnancy group (P0.05) ;ECG short PR interval closely related to the changes of pregnancy and pregnancy.With the pass of time, the incidence rate increased gradually.Conclusion:The ECG change of short PR interval is closely relat
