三种髌骨骨折内固定方法的选择与疗效分析Selection and effect analysis of three kinds of internal fixation methods for patellar fracture.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：探讨AO克氏针张力带、镍钛聚髌器和cable-pin治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。 方法：收集2009年12月～2011年12月在山东中医药大学附属医院骨科病房收治的 符合纳入标准的髌骨骨折患者98例，其中横形骨折73例，分别采用AO克氏针张力带、 镍钛聚髌器和cable-pin固定；粉碎性骨折25例，分别采用AO克氏针张力带及镍钛聚 髌器固定。经治疗均达到骨折临床愈合标准，所有患者治疗后进行随访，随访结束后 对各组患者进行膝关节功能评价，对比各组复位情况、膝关节疼痛状况及膝关节活动 度、股四头肌萎缩程度、行走状况、膝关节功能，观察疗效。 结果：AO 克氏针张力带、镍钛聚髌器和 cable-pin 治疗髌骨横形骨折均疗效显 著，优良率分别达到92.0%、83.3%和95.8%，对比不具有显著的统计学差异（P＞0.05）； AO克氏针张力带和镍钛聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折，优良率分别达到83.3%和76.9%， 比较差别不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论：治疗髌骨横形骨折，AO 克氏针张力带、镍钛聚髌器和 cable-pin 均有很 好的疗效；治疗粉碎性骨折，AO克氏针张力带和镍钛聚髌器疗效都比较满意。 关键词 髌骨横形骨折；髌骨粉碎性骨折；AO克氏针张力带；镍钛聚髌器； cable-pin The Selection and the Analysis of Curative Effect of Three Kinds of Patella Fracture Fixation Method Speciality: Orthopedics of TCM Author:Zhang Yong Jian Tutor: Prof Qi Shang Feng Abstract Objective：Observe and compare the treatment of patella fracture curative effect of AO-tension-band,memory alloy patellar holder and cable-pin.
