精品论文 参考文献 整体护理在剖宫产术后产妇恢复及母乳喂养的作用探讨 （四川省南充市顺庆区人民医院 四川南充 637000） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨整体护理对剖宫产产妇术后恢复及母乳喂养的影响。方法：将90例剖宫产产妇根据不同护理方法分组，对照组45例实施常规护理，研究组45例在常规护理基础上同时实施整体护理。将两组护理想进行对比。结果：两组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及尿管拔除时间比较,研究组产妇术后肛门排气时间和下床活动时间均短于对照组(Plt;0.05)；但两组术后尿管拔除时间比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。两组术后排尿情况比较，研究组产妇的自主排尿率明显优于对照组，差异有统(Plt;0.05)。两组接受剖宫产48h后的，研究组产妇泌乳情况优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：针对剖宫产产妇实施整体护理，有助于促进其早日康复，对于改善产妇术后排尿以及泌乳情况具有积极意义。 　　【关键词】整体护理；剖宫产；术后恢复；排尿；泌乳 　　【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）20-0141-02 　　 The effect of holistic nursing on recovery of postpartum women and breast feeding after cesarean section 　　 Zheng Yi. Shunqing District Peoples Hospital of Nanchong city of Sichuan Province 637000 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care on postoperative recovery and breast feeding after cesarean section.Methods 90 cases of cesarean section were grouped according to different nursing methods, the control group of 45 cases were given routine nursing care, while the study group was 45 cases in the routine care based on the implementation of holistic nursing. To compare the two groups of nursing care. Results Two groups of postoperative anal exhaust time, out of bed activity time and catheter time, the research group of maternal postoperative anal exhaust time and ambulation time were shorter than the control group (Plt;0.05); but the two groups postoperative catheter time comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (Pgt;0.05). Compared with the control group, the rate of spontaneous micturition of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group (Plt;0.05). After the two group received 48h, the research group was better than the control group (Plt;0.05).Conclusion According to the implementation of holistic nursing for cesarean section, it is helpful to promote the early recovery, and has positive significance to improve the postoperative urination and lactation. 　　【Key words】
