地区教育信息网的规划与建设 Plan and Construction of Local Educational Information Network 魏应祺 杨晓勤 岑健林 佛山教育委员会 jam@ 本文试论证通过建立地区教育信息网络，实施网络行政管理（全自动化办公系统）、网络教学、教学资源共享、教育信息服务。为本地区提供一个教育行政和网络教育教学的软硬件的环境，加快教育信息化的进程，提高教育管理水平，改革教育体制，为教育决策研究部门提供大量的国内教育资源、教育动态、发展趋势、分析数据等信息，把地区教育信息网建设成为综合的教育信息网，使其能为本地区大中专院校、下一级教育行政管理部门及各类学校、成人教育培训机构，以至全社会提供综合的教育信息服务，从而推动学校素质教育、成人教育、职业技术教育、家庭教育、社会教育、继续教育和远程教育的发展，构建全社会的终身的教育体系，促进本地区教育现代化的实现，加快教育信息化的建设步伐。 This article tries to discuss the plan of implementing the network administrative management (fully automatic office system),network teaching ,sharing of teaching resources, and educational information service by setting up the local educational information network. It provides a environment of both software and hardware for educational administration and network educational teaching in the locality, quickens the informational progress of education, improves the educational management level, reforms the educational system, provides a lot of information on domestic and foreign educational resources, educational trend, developing trend, and analytical data to educational decision-making and research departments, constructs the local educational information network into a comprehensive educational information network, enables it to provide the comprehensive educational information services to all colleges and universities, lower educational administrative departments, all schools and adults’ teaching and training institutions, and even the whole society, promotes the development of quality education in school, adults’ education, vocational and technical education, family education, social education, further education and remote education, establishes the life-long educational system for the whole society, promotes the local educational modernization, and quickens step for the educational information construction. 关键字：教育信息 网络 管理 以多媒体计算机信息网络技术为标志的信息革命席卷全球，随着Internet向宽带、高速、广域、多媒体方向迅速发展，一种全新高效的现代化教育和教育管理手段已经出现，并得到广泛的应用。我国Internet的主干网CHINANET和CERNET的建成，Int
