精品论文 参考文献 无创性双向压力通气治疗间质性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床研究 浏阳市人民医院 湖南浏阳 410300 　　【摘 要】目的 探讨无创性双向压力通气治疗间质性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床研究。方法 选取2014 年3月～2016年3月间我院收治的80例患者作为研究对象，对照组进行医院常规治疗方法，实验组在对照组基础上进行无创性双向压力通气治疗，分析和对比两组患者治疗后动脉血气指标变化及临床疗效。结果 对照组pH值和PaC02指标均显著高于实验组，且Pa02指标低于实验组，两组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组治疗总有效率为95.00%，对照组为80.00%，实验组明显高于对照组，两组间比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论 采用无创性双向压力通气治疗间质性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭，能改善患者血气指标，此方法具有安全、可靠、疗效高等特点，值得在临床医学推广。 　　【关键词】无创性双向压力通气；间质性肺疾病；呼吸衰竭；临床疗效 　　【Abstract 】 objective to study the pressure noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of interstitial lung disease clinical study of combination of respiratory failure. Method to choose between March 2014 to March 2016 80 patients of our hospital as the research object，the control on the hospital routine treatment，the experimental group in the control group based on pressure non-invasive ventilation treatment，analysis and compared the two groups after treatment in patients with arterial blood gas index changes and clinical curative effect. Results the control pH and PaC02 index were significantly higher than that of the experimental group，and Pa02 index is lower than the experimental group，the differences between the two groups have statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；Experimental treatment the total effective rate was 95.00%，control group was 80.00%，the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group，the comparison between the two groups have significant difference（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion pressure using noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of interstitial lung disease，combination of respiratory failure，can improve the patients blood gas index，this method is safe，reliable and high curative effect，is worth popularizing in clinical medicine. 　　【Key words 】 noninvasive two-way pressure ventilation；Interstitial lung disease.
