精品论文 参考文献 早期先兆流产患者的心理护理效果评价 （ 四川省宁南县中医医院；四川宁南 615400） 　　【摘要】目的 探究早期先兆流产患者的心理护理效果。方法 选取我院收治的176例早期先兆流产患者,按照患者住院尾号的奇偶数,分成观察组和对照组，各88例。观察组接受心理护理干预，对照组接受常规护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组和对照组的焦虑心理发生率、保胎成功率分别为：47.73%、93.18%，VS84.09%、65.91%， Plt;0.05。两组临床症状消失时间、住院时间比较，差异显著，Plt;0.05。结论 早期先兆流产护理中，实施心理护理干预，能够改善患者的不良心理，提高治疗的依从性，且保胎成功率较高，值得临床方面广泛应用和推广。 　　【关键词】早期先兆流产；心理护理；护理效果 　　Early evaluation of the effect of psychological nursing patients with threatened abortion 　　Yang Ronghui (Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,,Ningnan County, 615400 China) 　　[Abstract] Objective Explore the effect of psychological nursing of early threatened abortion patients. Two groups of clinical symptoms disappear time, length of hospital stay, significant difference, P lt; 0.05).Conclusion Early threatened abortion nursing, psychological nursing intervention can improve patients bad psychological, improve the compliance of treatment, and spuc high success rate, worthy of clinical has wide application and promotion. 　　[key words] The early threatened abortion; Psychological care; Nursing effect 　　早期先兆流产，即为妊娠3个月前，阴道生少量出血症状，主要表现：下腹疼痛、腰腹部疼痛等。这类病症属于妊娠期比较多发的病症之一，易于受到较多因素所影响【1】。为此，治疗的过程患者易于产生负性心理，如不安、焦虑、抑郁等，这对于患者的临床效果会构成直接的影响【2】。本次研究，选取近年来我院收治的176例早期先兆流产患者，评价这类病症患者接受心理护理的效果，现进行具体的报道。 　　1资料和方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选取我院2014年6月~2016年6月收治的176例早期先兆流产患者，作为本次研究的对象。随机分成观察组和对照组，各88例。所有患者均存在阴道少量出血症状，但下腹部和腰部均没有显著的疼痛症状，排除妊娠期并发症、合并其他病症者。观察组年龄范围24~40 (32.5plusmn;3.5)岁；孕周范围8~12（10.6plusmn;0.7）w。其中包括初产妇、经产妇各56例、32例。对照组年龄范围22~40 (31.4plusmn
