精品论文 参考文献 早期综合护理对手烧伤患者瘢痕严重程度及复工率的影响 （商丘市第一人民医院烧伤整形科 河南商丘 476100） [摘要] 目的 探究早期综合护理对手烧伤患者瘢痕严重程度及复工率的影响。方法 选取商丘市第一人民医院（以下简称“我院”）烧伤整形科2014年3月-2016年9月收治的Ⅱ、Ⅲ度手部烧伤患者50例为研究对象，依入院顺序分为两组，各25例。对照组患者入院后接受常规护理干预，观察组患者在对照组基础上接受早期综合护理干预。对比两组患者护理干预3m、6m后瘢痕严重程度及复工率。结果 观察组干预3m、6m后瘢痕严重程度评分均明显低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；干预6m后随访测得观察组复工率明显优于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 早期手烧伤患者接受早期综合护理干预有助于缓解瘢痕严重程度，改善复工率。 [关键词] 早期综合护理；手部烧伤；瘢痕；复工率 Early comprehensive nursing rival scar severity burn patients and the influence of the rate of return to work Orthopaedic Wu Wei (shangqiu first people's hospital of burns Henan shangqiu, 476100) [abstract] objective to explore the early comprehensive nursing opponent scar how severe burn patients and the influence of the rate of return to work.
