精品论文 参考文献 早孕期孕妇促甲状腺激素检测临床意义研究 余丽华 南县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心 湖南南县 413200 【摘 要】目的 主要探讨健康胎儿、孕18-三体综合征胎儿与孕21-三体综合征胎儿的孕妇早孕期血清中的促甲状腺激素水平与游离&beta;-人绒毛膜促性腺激素的关系，分析促甲状腺激素在早孕期检查中的临床意义。方法 选取2012年10月至2016年2月入住本院的6240例早孕期孕妇作为研究对象，研究6197例孕健康胎儿、18例孕18-三体综合征胎儿、25例孕21-三体综合征胎儿孕妇的血清TSH、游离的&beta;-hCG的指标。结果 孕18-三体综合征胎儿组的血清TSH浓度最高，孕21-三体综合征胎儿组的血清TSH浓度最低，孕健康胎儿组血清TSH的浓度在两组血清TSH的浓度之间，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；孕健康胎儿的孕妇血清TSH与游离的&beta;-hCG水平呈现负相关性，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采取促甲状腺激素指标可提高早孕期产妇18-三体综合征胎儿和21-三体综合征胎儿检出率，为临床诊断治疗提供参考依据。 【关键词】18-三体综合征；21-三体综合征；早孕期；促甲状腺激素 【Abstract 】 objective to mainly discuss health baby，and fetal 18 - three body syndrome conceived 21 - three body syndrome fetus of pregnant women in early pregnancy serum thyroid stimulating hormone levels and free beta human chorionic gonadotropin，the relationship between analysis of clinical significance of thyroid stimulating hormone in early pregnancy check.Method selection in October 2016 to February 2012，our hospital 6240 cases of early pregnancy pregnant women as the research object，research，6197 cases of pregnancy fetal health，18 cases at 18 - three body syndrome，25 cases of fetus fetus of a pregnant woman pregnant 21 - three body syndrome serum TSH and free beta hCG indicators.Results fetus at 18 - three body syndrome group has the highest serum TSH concentrations，pregnancy fetal 21 - three body syndrome group serum TSH concentrations，lowest pregnancy fetal health group serum TSH concentrations between the two groups of serum TSH concentrations，compare the differences between groups with statistical significance（P < 0.05）；Health of the fetus of pregnancy pregnant women serum TSH and free of beta hCG levels appear negative correlations，statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion take thyroid stimulating hormone indexes can improve the early prenatal maternal fetal 18 - three body syndrome and 21 - three body syndrome fetal detection rate，provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. 【Key
