My query tossed me to visit CadsoftUSA website, hoping to find some answers.There, I found a news group name Eagle users. Even if, I could not see those people,I hook myself and cast a message of query. When I was about to send my message my computer alerted me to create a news group account. Technical terminologies such as POP[4], IMAP[5] and NNTP[2], which I am not familiar with, halted me to send successfully my message.The first thing that comes to my mind at that time was-Maybe there is a separate fee that our ISP will set, to be able to participate in the NEWS GROUP. I immediately called SMARTBRO Technical service and a lady with a soft voice greeted me. I ask her what shall I do and if there is a separate fee subscribing in a NEWS GROUP? To my surprised she did not know also,what was am talking .I abruptly say thanks and put the phone down softly and paused. My frustration ended by shouting-By golly-Am I was on Planet Eart
