提 要 目的：本临床研究通过对病证结合治疗强直性脊柱炎（以中轴关节改变为主）的 临床观察，探讨中医病证结合治疗强脊（以中轴关节改变为主）的临床疗效。 方法：本试验统计风湿病专科门诊或住院治疗的符合纳入标准的强脊（以中轴关 节改变为主）患者 60例，先辨证分型，再按1∶1比例随机分组的方法分为两组，试 验组30例，对照组30例。试验组选用中医辨病辨证处方治疗，对照组选用西药治疗。 服药24周，观察两组治疗后中医证候、BASDAI、BASFI、夜间疼痛VAS评分、脊柱炎 症、实验室指标及安全性指标等。 结果：试验组30例中临床痊愈0例，显效5例，有效22例，无效3例，总有效率为 90%；对照组30例中临床痊愈0例，显效1例，有效15例，无效14例，总有效率为53.33%， 经Ridit分析，两组总有效率有显著差异（P＜0.05）,显效率比较有统计学差异（P ＜0.05），试验组明显优于对照组。试验组30例中达到ASAS20/BASDAI50例数28例， 未达到者2例，总有效率93.3%；对照组30例中达到ASAS20/BASDAI50例数17例，未达 到者13例，总有效率56.7 %，经Ridit分析，两组总有效率有显著差异（P＜0.05）, 显效率比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05），试验组明显优于对照组。 结论：以病证结合思路治疗强直性脊柱炎有确切的疗效和较好的安全性，证明了 病证结合思路治疗强直性脊柱炎的合理性 关键词 强直性脊柱炎；病证结合；临床研究 TCM Syndrome combined with clinical research in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis Specialty: Internal medicine of TCM The author:Jiang Dan Mentor: Prof.Song Shaoliang Abstract Purpose ：This clinical study by a strong ridge of the disease and syndrome treatment (change to the central axis of the joint-based) clinicalobservations, explore the TCM Syndrome Treated with Combination of strong ridge(change to the central axis of the joint-based) clinical efficacy.
