提 要 目的：运用数据挖掘技术对搜集到的符合标准的关于偏头痛中医药治疗的文献进 行全面深入地整理和分析，总结偏头痛中医药治疗的用药规律。 方法：搜集符合条件的文献中的关于偏头痛中医药治疗的方剂，从药物使用角度 出发，深入分析相关内治中药。运用 SPSS 软件建立数据库，应用频数分析找出高频 药物及药类，通过聚类分析得到相互关系密切的药物组成的聚类方及药对，通过这些 数据挖掘技术对药物进行分析，探讨药物的配伍规律。 结果：符合标准的文献、方剂共 253 篇，共得到使用药物 155 味，总频次 2489 次。其中使用频次在 20 次以上的 36 种，频次 1960 次，占总频次的 78.04%，可见用 药相对集中。而使用频率在 50 次以上的药物有 13 种，共计出现 1206 次，占总频次 的 48.45%。用药类别方面相对集中，解表药应用最多，其后依次为：补虚药、活血 化瘀药、平肝息风药、清热药、化痰药、利水渗湿药、理气药。 结论：祛风解表是中医药治疗偏头痛的最主要方法，并在各分型中均有应用，补 气养血、活血化瘀、平肝息风是主要的治疗方法，清热除湿、理气化痰等也是常用的 方法。通过频数分析、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法可以提炼归纳出隐含在组方用药中的 用药规律，为临床辨证论治提供一定的指导和思路。 关键词 偏头痛；数据挖掘；用药规律 Prescription analysis of Traditional C hinese M edicine treatm ent on m igraine Speciality: Internal M edicine of TCM A uthor: Li H aitao Tutor: Chief Physician H u Zhiqiang A bstract O bject: B y applying data m ining technology to gather to m eet the standards on the treatm ent of m igraine w ith TCM to com prehensively and thoroughly literature collation and analysis, in order to sum up drugs law s on treatm ent of m igraine w ith TCM .
