提 要 目的：探讨“补肾活血法”对外伤后蛛网膜下腔出血致脑血管痉挛的临床疗效。 方法：将60例符合标准的患者随机分成2组：对照组29例，给予现代医学常规治疗 （尼莫地平等），治疗组31例，在现代医学常规治疗的基础上，加用“补肾活血法”， 观察两组患者患侧的大脑中动脉流速、改良Fisher分级及临床表现的变化。结果：1、 治疗组的大脑中动脉平均流速及改良Fisher分级指数明显低于对照组，P＜0.05。2、 治疗组近期疗效明显优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：1、治疗组与对照组均能有效降低 大脑总动脉流速、改良Fisher分级指数，减轻患者临床症状和体征。2、对照组与治 疗组之间有显著性差异，治疗组疗效优于对照组疗效。 关键词 补肾活血法；脑血管痉挛（CVS)；外伤后蛛网膜下腔出血（tSAH);经 颅多普勒（TCD)；改良Fisher分级 The Clinic Research Of Bushenhuoxue Therapy on Cerebral vasopasm(CVS) which is caused by traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhade(tSAH) Speciality:Clinic Neurosurgery of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Author:Yangmeng Tutor:Professor Liufang Abstract Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the bushenhuoxue therapy on Cerebral vasospasm(CVS) after traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage(tSAH). Metnods ：60 eligible cases were randonly divided into 2 groups ：29 cases of control group given Western medicine treatment (Nimodipined and so on);31cases of treatmeat group were given traditional Chinese medicine(bushenhuoxue therapy) and Western medicine treatmeat There was no significant differences in the age, sexnal distinction and the conditions.To compared the Vm of the middle cerebral artery that were measured by Transcranial Doppler(TCD),Improving-Fisher score(CT) and clinical symptoms. Results:The treatmeat group was slower than the other groups in the Vm the MCA and Improving-Fisher score(P ＜0.05 ）.the treatmeat groups improment was better than that of the control group(P ＜0.05 ）.Conclusion:1、The two treatmeat methods can improve the clinic symptoms and medical record.2、The dffect of the treatment groups(bushenhuoxue therapy and nimodipine) is positive and satisfactory.
