  提 要   目的：探讨中西医结合预防高龄髋部手术患者下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的临床疗 效，研究中西医结合的预防规律，为临床高龄髋部手术患者预防DVT的方案提供优化 依据。方法：在同一个时期内，对高龄髋部手术患者应用三组不同的预防方案，共60 例，其中A （活血通脉汤）组为20例，B （低分子肝素）组为20例，C （活血通脉汤和 低分子肝素联合应用）组为20例。通过比较分析三种预防方案的优缺点，探讨现代中 西医结合预防高龄髋部手术患者下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）的规律，并且为指导中西医 结合预防下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）提供临床依据。结果：在疗效方面，A组方案的有 效率为85% ；B组方案的有效率为90% ；C组方案的有效率为95% 。结论：1、C组方案 总体上优于A组、B组两套方案，值得进一步临床推广应用。2、中西医结合预防高龄 髋部手术患者深静脉血栓具有很好的临床疗效。   关键词 高龄髋部手术患者； 预防下肢深静脉血栓形成；中西医结合预防       The preliminary research of Integrative Medicine of preventing deep vein thrombosis occurred in elderly hip surgery patients Specialty：Orthopaedics of TCM Author ：Gong Zhen Tutor：Prof Bi Rong Xiu Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine of preventing lower limbs of deep vein thrombosis occurred in elderly hip surgery patients,and to research the law of Integrative Medicine of deep vein thrombosis, in order to provide the optimization basis for clinical treatment of DVT occurred in elderly hip surgery patients.Methods ：60 patients which receiving three different schemes of preventing DVT, were collected within the same time, and divided into three groups, each group was 20 patients.  Comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the three prevention schemes, in order to investigate the law of Integrative Medicine of preventing deep vein thrombosis occurred in elderly hip surgery patients ,and to provide the optimization basis for clinical prevention of DVT.Results
