提 要 目的：观察中药外敷太冲穴对治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。 方法：根据纳入病例标准，选取 60 例原发性高血压患者，随机分为两组，试验 组和对照组。试验组30例，给予中药外敷加常规西药治疗；对照组30例，给予安慰 剂外敷加常规西药治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状、体征、血压变化等情况。 结果：经过4周治疗后, 试验组中医证侯总疗效明显优于对照组（p＜0.05）；中 医单项症状疗效分析表明：试验组在眩晕、失眠、口苦、溲赤等4项临床症状方面改 善明显优于对照组（p＜0.05）；试验组降压疗效明显优于对照组（p＜0.05）。 结论：中药外敷太冲穴对肝阳上亢型原发性高血压在改善临床症状、降低血压等 方面有显著疗效。 关键词 中药外敷 ；太冲穴；原发性高血压；临床观察 Clinical Observation of the Intervention Effect on Primary Hypertension by External Application of Chinese Medicine herbs on Taichong Point Specialty: Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Zhang Xiaoliang Tutor: Associate professor Guo Dong Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine herbs on Taichong point treating primary hypertension and explore its mechanism of action.
